Here we explain the different options regarding Shipping policy.
1. Delivery times
All orders are prepared and shipped within a maximum period of 24 hours. Given the current situation due to Covid-19 and the measures we take in our warehouse, the delivery of orders may take a little longer than normal.
All orders are made from our logistics center in Mallorca, after 3:00 p.m. they will be sent the next business day. Unless there are holidays in between, which in that case, would be delivered the next business day. If the order is placed on a weekend, we will not process it until the next business day. Shipping costs vary depending on the place of delivery for the different areas and depending on the weight they are calculated automatically. In the list below you can get the costs of each country we ship to.
Do you ship anywhere in the world?
Yes, we ship to Spain (Peninsula), Balearic Islands, Portugal, Andorra, Canary Islands, Europe.

2) Delivery times and costs:
España (Península), Islas Baleares:
€ 8.00 (Free for purchases over € 75) Delivery in 48 hours / 72 hours.
Canary Islands, Portugal:
€ 15.00 (Free for purchases over € 100) Delivery in 5/6 business days.
€ 30.00 (Free for purchases over € 150) Delivery in 5/6 business days.
*All shipments will have a maximum weight of 5kg As soon as the package exceeds that weight, we will have to calculate the cost of standard shipping.
DUA: Procedure for values over € 150
If the value of the purchase is greater than € 150, the DUA Export cost for the Peninsula and the Canary Islands will be € 22.
3) What transport company will deliver the order?
It depends on the delivery area and the type of shipment, it will be made with Nacex or Correos express. When the order leaves our warehouse we will send you an email with the details of the transport company.

4) Can I modify or cancel an order?
We can modify or cancel an order as long as it has not left our warehouse. To notify any change or cancellation, you must contact us through one of our communication channels:

If, on the other hand, your order has already been delivered to the courier company, you will only be able to modify the delivery time at your home address or at the address you have indicated.
5) Are our shipments safe? Covid-19 situation
We are 100% committed to the impact on health and society that COVID19 is having.
We adapt our processes daily to the regulations and recommendations that the health authorities of each country recommend. Due to these changes, shipments may be delivered with a slight delay in some geographic areas.
